This roof had moss growth, some broken tiles and a rear chimney that needed removal, the soffit, gutters and fascia needed replacing also - it was in desperate need of our amazing cost effective services.

The client also wanted to change the old dusky roof colour to a modern anthracite grey, which would also give the tiles more weatherproof.

After the chimney removal and broken/ missing tile replacement, we moss scraped the roof then used 3 x coatings of a specialised cleaning chemical via our soft wash machine. A low pressure rinse off revealed clean but dull tiles.

 

Our team then applied our industry leading roof coating via airless sprayer, after a few coats this leaves a wonderful finish enhancing the waterproof and substrate protection of the tiles

  

On returning home, the neighbour's actually thought we re-laid the roof within a day.
